In this shining example of Fox journalism, John Gibson exposes an ever-present yet seldom discussed threat to America. Is it our reliance on oil, corporate fascism, pre-emptive war, healthcare, global warming, substandard education, the deficit, economic inequality, terrorism, the defilement of our Constitution, social security, American foreign policy, or maybe ethics in Washington? Well, if you guessed any of those you’re wrong. The REAL threat to America is that it’ll be full of Hispanics. Gibson says “‘WE’ need more babies” to counteract this threat.

In Gibson’s mind there’s us and there’s THEM. America is white, just as Europe is white. Once too many Muslims start living in Europe it becomes “Eurabia”. Does that mean we’ll have to change our name to Americo? Funny, I thought Hispanics could be American too.

  1. just to point out more flaws in Gibsons word:

“Now, in this country, European ancestry people, white people, are having kids at the rate that does sustain the population. It grows a bit.”

Higher fertility has been a major source of population growth among minority groups. Hispanics have the highest fertility rate of any U.S. minority, with the average Hispanic woman giving birth to three children in her lifetime. The African-American fertility rate is 2.2 lifetime births per woman. Non-Hispanic whites have the lowest fertility rate of 1.8, about 14 percent below the “replacement rate” of 2.1.
