I was shocked. Was Stossel really debating global warming despite the tons of scientific evidence? He might as well have been debating the roundness of the earth. Luckily, Tyson Slocum came on and put Stossell in his place. Then things got even more hilarious when Stossel countered Slocum by calling his environmental views socialist. In fact, he pretty much calls anyone who’s concerned for the environment a Socialist (which hasn’t been a good insult for over 50 years). He then blurts out some crazy logic about capitalism being clean for the environment, while admitting that we pollute more than any other nation. What a douche.
