Joe Biden said this candidly on CSPAN on June 17th: “You cannot go to a 7/11 or a Dunkin’ Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent.”
What the hell was Biden thinking? He says he was taken out of context. I’m not sure there’s really much of an alternate interpretation to that comment. I can see the young Indian man he made this comment to really enjoyed Joe’s demeaning patronization, especially since it was being broadcast on national TV. Sorry Joe, better luck tomorrow… Thank you, come again!
