In this clip, Rush Limbaugh defends the indiscriminate bombing of Lebanon, which has killed hundred of civilians. Limbaugh displaces the blame away from the Israeli military and onto the Lebanese civilians for being blown up. The conservatives have the same policy of dodging accountability when it comes to injustice in our own country. No wonder they’re so supportive of Israel’s non-diplomatic agression. In Rush’s mind, any innocent person who’s been killed got exactly what they deserved for living in that area.

Of course it’s the civilians fault! When the bombs come, they should just get out of the way!! Are you seriously suggesting that a bomb the size of a living room coffee table moving at more than 400 mph is too small or fast of a target to not be able to perceive before it bombs your school/church/hospital/powerstation/bridge/city hall/fire department/police department/road/village/farm/street sign??!! Those people should just leave the country if it’s so bad!! What? They’ve blocked the borders? You mean Israel issues warnings about where they’re going to bomb before bombing so civilians might get away in the next 20 minutes, and then they block the borders so they can’t get away? GENIOUS!!!
