Police say that Israeli President, Moshe Katsav, should be charged with rape. Investigators gave the recommendation during a meeting with Attorney General Meni Mazuz, according to Channel 10 TV in Israel. Police have been investigating a string of sexual misconduct complaints against President Katsav. Israeli police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld confirmed the meeting had taken place, and that a formal announcement would be made.
