Stewart interviewed outgoing Senator Lincoln Chafee, a moderate Republican from Rhode Island who became a casualty of war during the midterm elections. Chafee describes what the neo-con, do-nothing Congress was like for dwindling moderate Republicans, like himself. At the end, Stewart asks him to list anything in the last five years that Congress should be proud of since 9/11. Chafee racks his brain, but is inevitably at a loss for words.
