Starting right where we left off, Fareed Zakaria takes on the heavy task of trying to understand Bush’s mindset. The vast majority of Americans, and an even larger majority of the world, disapprove of the war and think the White House needs to develop an exit strategy. Nevertheless, there seems to be no limit to the amount of death, destruction, and criticism Bush is willing to endure before admitting the war was a failure.

Zakaria also points out how Iraq’s election process only created more sectarian division within the masses.
