Behold, the glorious failings of a two-party system. Oh, what to do when both parties are completely out of touch with the public? I’m becoming increasingly disgusted with the Democrats and they haven’t even been in power that long. Congress has the authority to stop this escalation, but they’ve only made symbolic stands at opposition which will be completely ignored. The only reason to make a symbolic stand is to fail and then use that outcome against your political opposition. The Democrats have no excuses anymore. If impeachment is the only thing that will stop this war then let the trial begin.
