With Hillary’s ratings going down, maybe we’re smarter than I give us credit for. Bill says he’s surprised with the trend since this is the first time he’s known his wife to go down (Oh, snap!). Anyway, it looks like the Democratic nomination is between Edwards and Obama. I’m holding out hope that they’ll both be caught torturing kittens so Kucinich will pull ahead.

Why not Bill Richardson. He’s a great guy, liberal, a governor - and best of all, he can actually win. Kucinich can’t win. Obama, Edwards… likely not. And Hillary can’t. I like Richardson as my underdog. I don’t think people are giving him enough credit.

I think Richardson is the most diplomatic, but I haven’t heard too much about his domestic plan. I also don’t agree with some of his double standards regarding Israel’s nuclear program. Kucinich is the most liberal in my opinion, though I do prefer Richardson over Hillary and Edwards. I’m still not sure where Obama stands on anything, so I won’t compare the two yet. Not being in a swing state, I have the privilege of voting for the best candidate, and not simply the one I think has the better shot. It’s too bad we don’t live in a real democracy or people like Kucinich and Richardson would have a fighting chance.

Sadly, though Kucinich is the best - most honest and courageous of the Democratic bunch; he has no chance - only because the camera is not his friend.
