Chris Hedges is not only my hero for rightly stating that the Christian Right has no religious legitimacy, but he starts out by using the same St. Augustine quote that I used in our About section. For additional rationality from the lips of a person of faith (something which has been seriously lacking in the public arena for the past decade), check out “I Don’t Believe in Atheists“.

  1. Love Chris Hedges, love the clip, and loved “American Fascists” - though I think “War is a Force That Gives Us Meaning” is still his most powerful book.
