Stephen highlights an article written by Dr. James W. Holsinger for The United Methodist Church called Pathophysiology of Male Homosexuality. Holsinger proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that homosexuality is a threat to public health, and that it must be cured. Luckily, President Bush has realized that we’re in the middle of an epidemic of fabulous proportions, and has nominated Holsinger for the Surgeon General position.

How many crony hayseeds can we find?
According to the American Board of Medical Specialties;
“Although trained in general surgery and cardiology, and described in President Bush’s announcement as a cardiologist, Holsinger has no national board certification in any speciality.”
Is Pathophysiology a specialty?
Yes, yes it is. A specialty in which this man has NO CERTIFICATION! Granted, his PhD is in anatomy, with a minor in physiology, so he’s not a complete dipshit….
What?
A Master’s in bible study from Asbury Multidenominational Theological Seminary in Kentucky? (And by multidenominational, they mean strictly Christian…)
Hmm…
Perfect! You’re hired!

I think a masters in bible study from a religious university in Kentucky is a prefect prerequisite for an aspiring Surgeon General.
Incidentally, Kentucky is home to the newly founded Creation Museum. (www.creationmuseum.org).
