Giuliani seems to have gotten the idea for his 12 Commitments from Letterman’s Top Ten, anti-climatic yet worth a few laughs in its ridiculousness. Top tier Republican candidates continue to attack each other for the nomination, eager to be the one to lose the election for their party. Stewart then goes on to show how “with it” all the candidates are.
