Vice President Cheney has transcended the laws of our country. Rather than being part of the legislative AND executive branch, he has declared himself as neither. Bush put Cheney in charge of a �shadow government�, which I suspect is just a fancy name for the corporate masters controlling policy. Colbert speculates that �as head of the �shadow government�, Cheney was given �shadow powers� at a �shadow constitutional convention� that wrote a �shadow article II� that made him our government�s fourth branch.� And what evil lurks in the heart of Cheney? Only the shadow knows.
