Stewart describes Bush’s villainy as rivaling that of a cartoon character after he has recently refused to tax smokers in order to give poor children healthcare. Oh, did we mention that these children are communists? It’s true. They’re like a miniature Red Army trying to impose the horrors of socialized medicine on you and your loved ones. Doctors will abandon their scalpels for sickles, and iron curtains will be placed around each patient’s bed. Bush further articulates his reasons for vetoing the bill. Enjoy.

Whoever that guy was that said, “If people stop smoking, where’s the money gonna come from? (You silly liberals!)”
As a Californian, I know for a fact that raising the price of cigarettes does NOT really discourage people from smoking. It only gives smokers a valid reason to bitch. We Californians know this because in this state, taxes on cigarettes have been raised twice, thanks in large part to votes by smokers seeking a reason to quit. (Turns out the addiction is stronger than greed!)
In the end, there will always be smokers, and even if the ENTIRE COUNTRY quits, by then we will communicate by telepathy and ride in flying cars.
I just find it very interesting that these so-called “Conservatives” are upset at the so-called “Liberals” over this. I mean, it was the latter group that, instead of, y’know, Deficit Spending, actually Found a way to pay for one of their programs….

This is one of the funniest videos I’ve seen in a while and since I don’t have cable to catch them “live”, I enjoy your posting the best ones, Manila.
Bush couldn’t even get his Decider title right in that clip.

I say baby bush has placed too much emphasis on the personal relationship with Musharraf rather than cultivating allies from broader political spectrum. baby bush’s friend record is erratic both as a stateman and strategist-something baby bus realized to late, however baby bush is always to late for anything…Let alone Pakistan rule. I f you really look at Baby bush and musharraf they could be twins of the same mother. Both baby bush and Musharraf should be wearing black tunics, they both are from the deader than dead club…A ordinary Pakistanis unmoved by such rhetoric, responded with somber dismay. “So he really has done it,” said Javed Rashid, a businessman in Karachi, Pakistan’s largest city. “I feared for my country before. I fear for it even more now…”So he really has done it,” said Joslyn S. Moses, A college student, of Wapato, Washington. “I feared for my country before. I fear for it even more now…Joslyn and Javed have lived in suspended liberties for to long it is time for change..Baby bush and his main squeeze should have beeen the stars of ‘broke back Mountain”.
