Israel and US Exclude UN from “Peace Talks”

Due to the fact that the UN is generally opposed to apartheid and ethnic cleansing, Israel has pressured the United States into withdrawing a draft resolution it first presented to the UN Security Council endorsing the “peace process” in Annapolis, Maryland. To justify the exclusion of the UN, Israeli and American officials declared that this was a matter solely between Israel and the Palestinian puppets they’ve selected to deal with.

Sean McCormack, a US state department spokesman, tried to explain this move by saying, “We looked at this matter, talked about it and at the end of the day the secretary [Condoleezza Rice] believes that the positive results of Annapolis speak by themselves.” Israel has always objected to the international community having any oversight over its human rights abuses, and has instead sought American-sponsored “peace talks” which have consistently granted the “Jewish state” more than it is entitled to under international law. Israel’s deputy ambassador Daniel Carmon said as much by stating that the UN was “not the proper venue” for such a con to occur.
