The Real News talks with Michael Ratner, an attorney, adjunct professor of law at Columbia University Law School, president of the Center for Constitutional Rights, and co-host of Law and Disorder, a Pacifica radio show.

Ratner has also been co-counsel in representing Gitmo detainees in the United States Supreme Court, and filed a criminal complaint against Donald Rumseld in Germany. He has also sued the Bush Sr. administration to stop the Gulf War, and the Clinton administration to stop the bombing of Kosovo. As you might imagine with that resume, he’s got much to say about this coverup.
