Hat tip to the wonderful FranIAm for this story.
Senior Clark County District Court Judge Charles Thompson sided with Democratic presidential candidate Dennis Kucinich yesterday, ruling that Dennis must be included in the “debate” today or he would issue an injunction stopping it altogether. NBC Political Director Chuck Todd has told concerned citizens that the corporation is simply “doing what is best for the voter” by eliminating Dennis Kucinich from the running. However, being a complete fascist, he did not explain where NBC got the right to make that decision for us.
My hero, Judge Charles Thompson, said it was a matter of fairness, and contradicted Todd’s statement by saying that hearing more than just Clinton, Obama, and Edwards would actually be what benefits voters. Communications Vice President for MSNBC Jeremy Gaines stated, “We disagree with the judge’s decision and are filing an appeal.” He stated that the network is seeking an immediate hearing before the Nevada Supreme Court.
I like to think that we had some role in this victory. How long has it been since good finally triumphed over evil? Still, we must keep our eyes on the prize. NBC is owned by GE, the largest company in the world. They have more money than God, and are willing to fight this ruling up until showtime. Please donate to the Kucinich campaign with whatever you can spare so that Kucinich has the chance to put these asshats in their place on their own network. Even $1 helps.

Best Wishes to all,
I thought I would share a message I sent to my small network here in Nevada. It is still uncertain whether or not Judge Thompson’s injunction will stand forcing MSNBC to adhere to their own guidelines for candidate inclusion for the debate today.
Dennis Kucinich, Democratic Candidate, is a champion for Peace, he even won the Gandhi Peace Award for his steadfast determination to change our politics to pursue real strength which can be only achieved through peace. Free Speech and the pursuit of peace go hand in hand but corporations like General Electric’s N.B.C. censor Dennis Kucinich from the national conversation by reneging on their invitation for the Debate at the Cashman Center in Las Vegas, Tuesday, January 15th, that’s today.
We have a great opportunity to show NBC, Las Vegans and the media that we will not stand by and become spectators of our democracy, we are participants.
Dennis and Elizabeth Kucinich will be in attendance at the Free Speech Rally in front of the Cashman Center entrance located at 850 North Las Vegas Boulevard.
For more information please contact Nevadans for Kucinich, by calling the Nevada Kucinich Headquarters at 702 477-0019.
Please join us as we show the nation that Las Vegans stand for Strength through Peace and Free Speech. Bring signs and your enthusiasm.
Cynicism will be the death of the great American Experiment of Democracy. If the People Lead, the leaders will follow.
No matter who you are supporting for President, the American public deserves to hear all the candidates so that we may make an educated decision in choosing our Public Servant #1!
Thank you so much for all you do for championing Progressive Causes and promoting political engagement. You are all an asset to this Nation.
What happens in Vegas, depends on You!

Thanks for the H/T but I just sent you the link to Pissed in NYC’s blog… And sadly this shit has not at ALL WORKED OUT.
News from a source I can’t reveal, but apparently Chuck Todd is in so far over his head, he is clueless. And no one at NBC seems that concerned about it.
Nice.
It should be noted that Pissed’s blog is called I Can’t Believe Its Not A Democracy.
