Hezbollah is the only real defense Lebanon has against continued US/Israeli aggression. Were it not for Nasrallah, all of Lebanon would probably be occupied territory right now. By outlawing Hezbollah’s communications network, the illegitimate pro-Western cabinet is essentially rolling out the red carpet for Lebanon’s enemies by rendering Hezbollah ineffective.

In the speech above, which took place yesterday, Nasrallah stated that Hezbollah would act to stop any attempt by the government to dismantle its network and disarm the resistance on behalf of foreign interests. Perhaps it is no surprise now that the following has happened today:

Hezbollah is reported to have taken control of large areas of the Lebanese capital from groups loyal to the government following gun battles.
