Theatre of the absurd is happening in Canada; today there’s a Federal election here with results which could quite possibly hand over our government to a “Conservative” Bush-bot ….again.
PM Stephen Harper broke his own law he had forced to pass in the last Parliament; it mirrored the US system, an election once every four years.
But like most abhorrent politicians, he called an election barely three years into his ‘minority government’ mandate. Yikes!!!
“Steve’ is a fossil of cretinism spewing out what I call “Harpocrisy!” Has broken more promises than any other PM in history methinks. But the ‘corporate conservative cloned sheeple’ will surely support the liar. ‘We the people’ here have become as dumbed-down as most folks in your nation. Damned Corporate media and their rhetoric; filling folks with fear and convincing the citizenry unable to think for themselves to vote for him. Pity, but not only in Canada, eh. Sheesh.
If I were living there, Nader/Gonzales would win my vote; wish America would wake up and do likewise. Peace!
