This is just part of the crowd which showed up in Los Angeles on Saturday November 15th to protest the injustice and state-sanctioned bigotry of prop 8. The protest, which drew a crowd of over 20,000 people, was coordinated with events in other cities across the country and is thought to be the largest pro-LGBT rally in Los Angeles’ history. Protesters stood in the searing heat for two hours in front of Los Angeles City Hall to hear several speakers before embarking on their march through the city.

While many of you may or may not agree with the concept of gay marriage, I really hope that at least you can understand that the smear campaign that wasted everyone’s time and over $40 million dollars to convince people that the “gays are coming to ruin our children” is complete bullshit.
And speaking of bullshit...
The proponents of this stupid Protect Marriage amendment are mostly comprised of Mormons. You may look up polygamy right before you look up hypocrisy.
But I don’t mean to pick on just the Mormons. ALL proponents of this ridiculous and unconstitutional amendment have one thing in common, and it is this;
The basis for their ENTIRE argument comes from the idea that an Invisible Giant left the Entire Planet in the hands of 2 Naked Teenagers, who were subsequently outsmarted by a Talking Snake.
That’s it.
And it won.
Congratulations, California is now officially 54% dumbass.
